Fighting for Business in the European Parliament

A member of the European Parliament's Employment and Social Affairs Committee, Liz does a lot of work ensuring that UK businesses are not overburdened by needless legislation.

Liz was the Shadow Rapporteur for the European Liberal Democrats on the Vibrations Directive and the Noise Directive, negotiating a number of key amendments to make them less onerous on businesses.
